Despite real estate downturn development
Despite real estate downturn development in Southern California continues. These new condos are being built right next to heavily traveled railroad tracks used for a lot of freight trains.
I thought safety was an issue when building residential structures near freeways and train tracks? I wouldn't want to live in this new development with my place shaking each hour from train travel.
