Little Girl Update
This morning Little Girl looked 60% better than Friday. She was alert, had eaten all her food from the day before and even meowed when I greeted her. We rushed her off to the vet for another dose of IV fluids and injection of prednisone. I know she is not healthy and that she will require chemo when she regains some weight.
After discussing with the vet we've decided to wait through the weekend and see how she responds. If she still has some fight left in her, then we'll proceed with the current treatment. She has an appointment Monday evening (after work) and we'll have a clearer path then.
For right now, we're taking it a day at a time and praying for a miracle. I always tell God that regardless, His will, will be done. Today's been a good day and I'm very thankful.
