Whew, this has been a week of food.
Wednesday was my director's holiday luncheon replete with ham, tamales, mac n cheese, vegetables, salads and sweets.
Thursday was the neighboring departments lunch with Subway sandwiches, dips n chips and a white elephant gift exchange. Lots of fun until your gift is snatched by someone and you need to pick another item.
Today was the company breakfast with scrambled egg, ham, bacon, turkey sausage, quiche, homestyle potatoes, hash browns, pancakes, all sorts of breads and muffins, fresh fruit, juice and all the coffee you could drink.
I have eaten enough to last me two weeks!
